Algorithm: A set of rules or calculations that a computer follows to solve problems or make decisions. For your organization, algorithms are the engine behind AI tools that can automate donor outreach, analyze impact data, or personalize communications.

AI (Artificial Intelligence): Technology that can learn, make decisions, and help you with tasks or problem-solving.

AI Literacy: Understanding AI basics and knowing how to use tools safely and effectively.

Automation: AI performing repetitive tasks to save time at work or home.

Bias in AI: When AI gives unfair results due to missing or unbalanced data, sometimes affecting women disproportionately.

Confidence in AI: Feeling comfortable using AI tools in daily life and work through practice and learning.

Digital Divide: The gap in technology access that limits opportunities for learning, work, and growth.

Generative AI: AI that creates new content like text, images, or ideas to boost creativity and productivity.

Inclusivity: Designing AI to consider diverse perspectives, including women’s experiences and voices.

Job Opportunities: Careers and roles made possible or improved by AI technology.

Representation: Ensuring women and other groups are involved in creating and influencing AI.

Virtual Assistants: AI tools that help manage schedules, tasks, and reminders.

Work-Life Balance: Using AI tools to streamline tasks and create more free time for personal, family, and career life.

Skill-Building: Learning AI tools and concepts to build confidence, advance your career, and explore new opportunities.
