Important information for attending the AI Summit for Small Businesses

Date: Thursday, May 15, 2025
When: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM PT. Doors open at 9:15 AM.
Location: Intuit Dome, 3930 W Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90303 (map), just minutes from LAX and its sister venue, the Kia Forum.

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment time, as there is a short walk (10-mins.) from the parking garage to Intuit Dome.

All guests will park in the West Garage, located at 10117 S Prairie Ave. Inglewood, CA 90245. The West Garage is located directly across the street and on the west side of Intuit Dome.

Please show the parking attendant your AI Summit RSVP confirmation email or QR code at the entrance and park as directed. After parking, all guests will check in at the AI Summit registration table located on Level 2 of the West Garage next to the Pedestrian Bridge. After checking in, guests will screen their belongings at security before being directed to Court B, where the AI Summit occurs.

For those utilizing ride-share, please have your driver drop you off at the entrance of the West Garage and take the stairs, elevator, or ramp to level 2, where the AI Summit registration table is located.

What should I bring to the event?

  • Bring your smartphone, laptop, or iPad to participate in the online tutorial sessions.
  • Bag policy: If you must bring a bag, backpack, briefcase, etc., you must put any belongings through a scanner at the security check.

What if I have ADA or accessibility accommodations?

  • Arena accessibility: All entrances and restrooms at Intuit Dome are wheelchair accessible.
  • Wheelchair or wheelchair escort: If you require a wheelchair and/or wheelchair escort, please notify on-site personnel.

  • Coffee and pastries in Dome
  • Allow for a 10-minute walk from the garage to the Dome.

10:00 am – AI Summit Begins

  • Tutorial sessions: Each session includes a hands-on demonstration of AI tools. Participants are encouraged to use personal devices to participate. Tables and power sources provided.
  • Questions and answers at the end of each session.
